Still here, but missed the Butterbeer

So I'm sure it seems liek I have disappeared and in some ways I have. I can't even begin to explain how crazy life has been the past few weeks. This is my last week of classes which means I have tons of final papers and projects. Luckily, I only have one final and then I will be home for a month. I am so excited for a month of no homework and time with friends.

Next semester should be pretty fun though. These are my classes:
Geology (AKA Rocks for Jocks, the easiest science.)
Intro to US History
Intro to Lit
Intro to Theories of Communication

I dont think I ever told you guys that right now I'm double majoring in English and Communications. I'm pretty excited for where it will take me. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it but thats not that important. It's taken me a long time to get to this point, a point where I dont have to focus on what career I want but just what I find interesting. We'll see how long this lasts though.

Some interesting things that have been going on around here are mostly Harry Potter related. Thats right, my school is OBSESSED. I am on a ground quidditch team called the Mass Mauraders. But my school is going to have something called the Prarie Cup which will be teams from some other schools in the midwest sometime this spring. To raise money for it we sold chocolate frogs that came with trading cards of professors from my school. Then last Saturday we had a Yule Ball complete with butter beer. I missed the butter beer though, sad day. Heres a pic:
